About your trip

Tosca, Turandot and La bohème, are iconic operas by Giacomo Puccini and are known for their passionate, dramatic narratives and rich orchestration.

They each feature powerful heroines: Tosca, Turandot and Mimì. Set in distinct, vividly depicted locales— Rome, China and Paris, they explore themes of love, sacrifice, and tragedy.

Puccini's masterful compositions and emotive arias in these works continue to captivate audiences worldwide."

Along with the two operas In Prague State Opera House (Renaissance Revival architecture dating from 1888) and a third opera in the National Theatre (also Renaissance Revival style from 1881), it is our hope that there will be enough time to enjoy more of Prague's unique architecture and rich cultural heritage.

Kutná Hora punches well above its weight thanks to its wealthy past.

In medieval times, the nearby silver mines saw Kutná produce a third of all Europe’s silver, leaving a legacy of imposing Gothic churches, a stunning Baroque Jesuit College and the 13th-century Italian Court - a sprawling palace that once contained the royal mint.
